Join The Women Driving Change Network

In 2021 and 2022 the RMI embarked on RMI events focused on women. As part of the Transformation Plan, the RMI Board took a decision to make this part of RMI Special project to show their commitment towards Transformation and advancing women in the Industry.

The RMI women events are used as an educational tool that aims to educate all genders about equality and the contribution women can make towards a better society and economy.

Based on the feedback received from the attendees of previous events and the fact that there is hunger from the younger women to learn about the industry (mentorship), the idea of starting a women’s network was born.

The intention of the network is to celebrate, educate and mentor women, while attracting youth females in business to participate and get involved in the RMI’s structures and projects – ensuring that network is worthwhile and valuable
